About Us:

We are a growing workshop with a team of around 15 staff.

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily workshop operations, manage production schedules, and ensure timely delivery of quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

-Supervise and coordinate the production process and team activities.

-Monitor workflow, quality standards, and timely completion of orders.

-Manage inventory of materials and tools efficiently.

-Maintain communication between management and production staff.

-Ensure a safe, organized, and productive work environment.

Requirements:

-Minimum 8 years of experience in workshop production or a related field.

-Strong supervisory and organizational skills.

-Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written).

-Basic computer skills (Excel, email, record management).

-Ability to lead a small team and maintain high-quality standards.

Salary: Based on experience and skill level.
