Job Title: Production Supervisor (Garment Manufacturing)

Job Summary:
The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production activities on the factory floor, ensuring smooth workflow, efficient use of manpower, and achievement of hourly and daily targets. The role focuses on maintaining continuous garment flow from sewing to ironing and quality checking while enforcing quality standards and production discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise tailors, ironing staff, helpers, and QC teams to maintain steady production flow.
• Monitor hourly output and ensure production targets are achieved.
• Coordinate bundle movement, ironing, and quality checking to prevent bottlenecks.
• Identify slow operations and redistribute work to balance the line.
• Ensure garments meet approved samples and quality standards before moving to finishing.
• Train operators on correct methods, workflow practices, and factory procedures.
• Maintain production boards and report daily output to management.
• Enforce safety rules, workplace discipline, and organized workstations.
• Work closely with cutting, finishing, and office teams to maintain smooth coordination.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a production supervisor, line leader, or senior tailor in garment manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of sewing operations, ironing flow, and quality control processes.
• Ability to manage teams and maintain production discipline under deadlines.
• Basic reporting and communication skills.

Performance Measures:

• Line efficiency and hourly target achievement.
• Reduction in rework and production delays.
• Team productivity and workflow stability.
• Ability to resolve bottlenecks without escalation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ajman: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
