Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing operations and ensure the seamless flow of production processes. In this role, you will oversee daily factory activities, coordinate assembly line operations, and maintain high safety and quality standards. Your leadership will drive efficiency, foster teamwork, and support continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Duties

• Oversees the production process and creating the production schedule.
• Ensures that all the processes are followed and that the informatics system and instruments (pistols, SAP, etc.) are used in the proper way.
• Identify opportunities to eliminate cost and/or waste through applying established manufacturing principles.
• Ensures that the production is cost effective.
• Ensures that products are produced on time and are of good quality..
• Coordinate, create and implement standard operating procedures for all production operations.
• Supervise the workforce and material resources needed.
• Verify and validate time sheets of department employees.
• Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed
• Works in conjunction with managers to implement the company's policies and goals.
• Guarantees that operators properly apply the Health & Safety procedures as defined in the company’s Health & Safety handbook.
• Ensures planned KPI’s of efficiency and performance are met or exceeded.
• Implements and drives continuous improvement activities through best practices.
• Optimizes resource utilization by implementation of an effective production organization.
• Help control and manage the stock levels in conjunction with the Logistics Manager & Warehouse Supervisor
• Responsible for creating production records and reports.
• Prepare timely quality reports for all manufactured products and finished good as required by supervisor

Skills

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or factory setting with hands-on assembly line supervision
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively
• Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification preferred)
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, factory workflows, and quality control standards
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster collaboration
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and reporting
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and efficiency standards.

Pay: $25.00 - $34.00 per hour
