Production Supervisor CNC (Night Shift)

Monthly salary : upto 6500 AED all inclusive

• Oversee all CNC machining operations during the night shift, ensuring smooth production flow and minimal downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex machining issues, utilizing in-depth knowledge of CNC programming, tooling, and machine maintenance.
• Supervise and mentor a team of CNC machinists, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing team.
• Monitor and optimize production schedules, ensuring timely completion of orders while adhering to quality standards and safety protocols.
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment, coordinating maintenance and repairs to prevent disruptions and extend equipment lifespan.
• Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe and productive work environment for all employees.
• Collaborate with day shift supervisors and other departments to ensure seamless handoffs and effective communication regarding production status and challenges.
• Analyze production data and identify areas for improvement, implementing process enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Manage inventory of tools, materials, and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels to support continuous production.
• Prepare and submit accurate production reports, documenting key performance indicators (KPIs) and highlighting any deviations from established goals.
