Key Responsibilities
- Production Oversight: Supervise and coordinate daily activities, ensuring smooth workflow, meeting production targets and deadlines, and optimizing processes for efficiency and quality.
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, mentor, and schedule production staff; resolve employee issues; and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Quality & Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols (like HACCP), monitor processes for quality standards, and ensure adherence to company policies and food regulations.
- Reporting & Administration: Maintain accurate production records, generate reports, manage timesheets, and handle budget tracking for assigned areas.
- Collaboration: Work with other departments (Quality Control, Shipping) to streamline workflows and achieve overall company goals.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues, bottlenecks, and equipment problems on the floor.
- Schedule and assign tasks to production workers.
- Monitor machine operations and process flow.
- Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety standards.
- Train new hires on equipment, procedures, and rules.
- Complete daily production reports and data entry.
- Requisition necessary materials and supplies.
- Conduct performance check-ins and recommend personnel actions.
- Support management goals while advocating for the team.
Skills & Knowledge Required
- Understanding of food production processes and machinery.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations (HACCP, GMP).
- Good PC skills (Word, Excel).
- Problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
