Production Supervisor – HVAC Manufacturing

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to lead our shop floor operations and ensure smooth, safe, and efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities, ensuring targets are met with high quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate with other departments (engineering, quality, logistics) to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor workflow, machine operations, and manpower utilization.
• Enforce safety guidelines, company policies, and ensure compliance with health and environmental regulations.
• Train, mentor, and guide production staff to enhance skills and performance.
• Identify bottlenecks, implement process improvements, and recommend solutions.
• Prepare production reports and assist management in planning and forecasting.
• Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and machines, minimising downtime.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
