Production Supervisor, Quality Control Officer

We HIMALAYAN COMMODITIES hiring the following candidates for our factory at Korangi Industrial Area Karachi,

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Control Officer:

• Conduct inspections and tests on raw materials, packing material and finished products.
• Supervise overall daily packing process
• Implement and uphold quality control procedures throughout production and packing.
• Record inspection results and report defects or non-conformities.
• Identify quality issues, troubleshoot, and recommend corrective actions.
• Work with production teams to resolve quality concerns and ensure adherence to standards.
• Perform regular audits of production processes and procedures.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
• Keep detailed and accurate quality control records and reports.
• Qualifications:
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and knowledge of quality control methodologies.
• Implement Sop's as per ISO, HACCP, GMP, ensure clean working environment,
• Ensure and conduct weekly/monthly pest control and audit.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and knowledge of quality control methodologies.

Production Supervisor:

• Direct involve in Production Process
• Responsible for day-to-day Production operation and inward-outward etc,
• Supervise and handle to Labor and contractor directly,
• Check production output according to specifications
• Maintain daily Production reports
• Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
• Train new workers on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
• Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards

Education: intermediate.

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in relevant field.

Timing 8-6

Monday to Saturday,

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Rs 40,000 - Rs50,000.00 per month
