Role Description:

In line with Ford Otosan's vision of being the most valuable and most preferred industrial company, to ensure the implementation of the standards determined to ensure the safe, high quality and sustainable production of the facility. Gaining the necessary competence, authority and responsibility to employees for a self-sufficient organization. Position will be based on Kocaeli-Yeniköy Factory.


Responsibilities

Supporting and guiding the Operational Production and Technology Team Member and team in order to eliminate malfunctions and problems

To manage auxilary facilities systems for all plant

To control and analyze the efficiency, breakdown, bottleneck, periodical maintenance progress in MOS meetings together with the Operational Production and Technology Team Member(s).

Managing EM budget with him/her field teams

Carrying out proposal, analysis and decision-making activities in line with spare part detection studies.

To organize efficiency / localization / alternative working studies in line with spare part consumption analysis.

Establishing planned maintenance activities. To carry out optimization, improvement and revision activities.

Managing R&M budget with him/her field teams

To be involved in the chronic failures in which the expert knowledge in the lines is insufficient and to provide support.

To determine and disseminate predictive maintenance activities to carry out feasibility / project studies.

Determination of special maintenance other than planned maintenance activities and creation of Maximo maintenance plans.

Improving technical skills of field team.

Managing the commissioning processes of the projects.

To ensure that facilities, equipment and systems are established and maintained in accordance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO14064, ISO 9001 and ISO 50001 standards

To follow the production processes and support the solution of bottleneck points and chronic malfunctions.

To monitor technology, developments, innovations and competitors in the sector and industry, and to project and commission applications deemed necessary.

To process data for the department energy&water management system and to monitor the required energy consumption with the data received to ensure optimum energy use of the factory and to ensure efficiency.

Conducts research and studies on energy efficiency and renewable energy projects with teams established throughout the department, and reports the results of these studies to his/her superior.

To manage Medium voltage systems all plants, Siemens 7SJ series relays, Schneider Transformers, Siemens 10kV circuit breakers (types of NXAir, 8BK.. and 8BT series)

Monitors the legal obligations of the equipment in its areas of responsibility and carries out the relevant processes.

By managing field workers, he/she develops energy saving projects and ensures their implementation.

To compile a list of critical equipment that will affect production in the area under his/her responsibility, to ensure the backing up of these equipment, to determine the system to be used instead, and to analyze rapid cycle solutions. To ensure that equipment maintenance is planned on critical equipment lists and that actions are taken in accordance with the plan.

To monitor with training responsible the technical levels of maintenance personnel in the area under his/her responsibility and to plan their training.

Ensuring the execution of periodic maintenance activities in the area under his/her responsibility. Creating predictive and preventive maintenance plans, monitoring their compatibility with the maintenance tracking system, ensuring complete implementation of maintenance activities, ensuring plan optimization for maintenance items, and ensuring the creation of periodic maintenance for newly purchased equipment.

To improve and tracks engagement for field teams

To managing the auxillary facilities for all plants, pressured air, heating & coollingwater all areas, HVAC systems, Building management systems (BMS), fire detecting systems, waste water traitment systems, water traitmen systems, fire extinguishing, MV distrubition systems, lightining automation systems, UPS systems

Responsibility for operating high voltage facilities


Education

Graduated from electrical/electronic/control-automation engineering departments
