Position Summary:

SET Active is looking for a Production / PD Associate or Assistant to join our team. This role will support the day-to-day functions of both the Production and Product Development departments, with a strong focus on administrative execution, tracking, and cross-functional coordination.

This role will be responsible for data entry, reporting, sample tracking, and supporting special projects across teams. The right candidate will be highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow within apparel production and product development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support across Production and Product Development teams, including data entry and tracking
• Maintain and update Excel-based reporting, production logs, and development trackers
• Coordinate sample management, including photo shoot sample tracking, dispatch, and returns
• Support cross-functional calendar tracking and follow-ups across key milestones and deadlines
• Assist in special projects coordination across Production, PD, and partner teams
• Organize and maintain accurate documentation across seasonal development and production workflows
• Communicate with internal teams and external vendors to support execution and timely updates
• Help ensure accurate and timely shipment of packages, samples, and production materials
• Support general operational needs within the department as required

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience in production, product development, apparel, or beauty preferred
• Strong proficiency in Excel and comfort with data tracking and reporting
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, resourceful approach to problem solving
• Able to work full-time in person at our Beverly Hills office
• Demonstrated ability to support cross-functional teams and manage follow-ups effectively
