The Product Executive will be responsible for driving product performance through structured campaigns, market intelligence, and close coordination with the sales team. This role focuses on improving product visibility, accelerating sales, and strengthening market positioning.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Campaign Management

Plan and execute product-wise quarterly campaigns in alignment with sales objectives and market priorities.

2. Campaign Design & Inputs

Develop and design all campaign-related inputs, including sales collaterals, schemes, promotions, and in-store communication materials.

3. Sales Performance Monitoring

Closely monitor product-wise sales performance, analyze trends, and design corrective and growth strategies to improve market share.

4. Market Engagement & Intelligence

Actively work in key markets and stores to understand customer behavior, competitor activity, and pricing dynamics, and translate insights into actionable product and marketing strategies.

5. New Product & Differentiation Strategy

Propose new product introductions to management, including clear differentiation, positioning, pricing logic, and target customer segments.

6. Marketing & Sales Enablement

Design effective marketing and sales support inputs to improve product movement, brand visibility, and customer recall.

7. Store Footfall Growth

Develop and implement strategies to increase customer footfall across stores at various locations through campaigns, promotions, and product-led initiatives.

8. Reporting & Coordination

Report directly to the Sales Manager, providing regular updates on campaign performance, market feedback, and sales impact.
