About OmniSmart

OmniSmart Tutors is building a roster of educators to support a growing catalogue of professional exam prep, college‑level academic subjects, enrichment programs, and services for adults with developmental disabilities. This is not an immediate hiring notice; we are collecting interest from qualified tutors and professionals who may contract with us once our platform launches.

Who We Need

We are seeking experienced tutors and subject‑matter experts for the following areas:

Law & Legal Exams – LSAT prep (logic games, logical reasoning, reading comprehension) and Bar Exam prep (MBE, MEE, MPT; UBE or state‑specific). Juris Doctor degree and bar passage preferred.

Medical & Pharmacy Exams – MCAT (all sections: Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Biochemistry, Psychology/Sociology, CARS) and PCAT/NAPLEX. MD, DO, PharmD, or pharmaceutical background preferred.

Other Professional & Language Exams – CPA, TOEFL/IELTS, SAT/ACT, GRE, GMAT, and similar high‑stakes standardized tests.

Academic Tutoring – College‑level mathematics (Algebra through Differential Equations), sciences (Chemistry, Biology, Physics), psychology, statistics, logic/critical thinking, writing/composition, and more.

Music Instruction – Piano, guitar, theory and composition for beginner through advanced students.

Special‑Needs Support – Academic tutoring, life‑skills coaching and music enrichment for adults with developmental disabilities (21+). Prior experience with neurodiverse learners is a plus.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience in the specified subject area.
• Documented expertise such as high test scores (90th+ percentile), professional licensure, or an advanced degree in the field.
• Comfort teaching remotely via video conferencing and developing personalized lesson plans.
• Strong communication skills and a supportive, professional demeanor.
• For special‑needs services, experience working with neurodiverse populations is preferred.
