As our restaurants and projects continue to grow, we are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Professional Assistant to work directly with leadership and help keep both daily operations and long-term projects running smoothly.

Position Overview
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and enjoys wearing many hats. The Professional Assistant will support Erin Williams Perno with administrative tasks, communications, scheduling, project coordination, and hospitality-related logistics across multiple business ventures.

This is a unique opportunity to work closely with one of New Mexico’s most dynamic hospitality teams and gain insight into the inner workings of restaurant leadership, brand development, and culinary operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and appointments
  • Assist with email management and professional correspondence
  • Coordinate meetings, reservations, and event logistics
  • Help organize projects, timelines, and operational tasks
  • Assist with social media management, including posting, scheduling content, monitoring messages, and helping maintain a consistent brand voice across platforms
  • Support marketing efforts and brand communications
  • Assist with vendor communication and ordering coordination
  • Maintain organized files, documents, and operational records
  • Provide occasional support with restaurant events, tastings, or special projects
  • Act as a trusted right hand to leadership, helping keep priorities organized and moving forward

  • Appreciates food, restaurants, and the craft of hospitality
  • Tech-comfortable (Google Workspace, scheduling tools, and social media platforms)

Compensation
Competitive hourly or salaried compensation based on experience.
