The Genie Transportation Services is seeking professional chauffeurs who take pride in safety, hospitality, and exceptional guest service while transporting guests between Walt Disney World, Orlando International Airport (MCO), Port Canaveral, and Central Florida resorts.

This is a full-time W2 position with a company-provided vehicle, serving families visiting the world’s most popular vacation destination.

What You’ll Do

As a Genie Chauffeur, you will provide safe, welcoming, and professional transportation for families visiting Orlando.

Safe Driving Excellence

Operate company vehicles with the highest standards of safety, defensive driving, and professionalism at all times.

Exceptional Guest Service

Create a warm, friendly experience for guests—especially families with children—so they feel comfortable, relaxed, and excited for their vacation.

Guest Assistance

Assist with luggage, strollers, and car seats, ensuring families are comfortably settled before departure.

Vehicle Presentation

Maintain vehicles in immaculate condition — clean, smoke-free, and guest-ready for every trip.

Professional Problem Solving

Handle traffic delays, schedule changes, and guest needs calmly and professionally while always prioritizing safety and guest comfort.

Minimum Requirements

Driving Experience

Minimum 1 year of professional passenger driving experience in a commercial, hospitality, or high-service environment.

Relevant experience may include:

• Chauffeur services
• Private transportation companies
• Black car services
• Resort or hotel transportation
• Shuttle driving
• High-rated rideshare drivers (Uber/Lyft) with a strong service record

Driving Record

• Valid driver’s license for at least 10 consecutive years
• No more than one moving violation in the past 5 years

Safety Mindset

Demonstrated ability to operate vehicles safely and make sound decisions behind the wheel.

English Fluency

Clear, fluent English communication is essential for providing excellent guest service.

Excellent With Children

Our guests are primarily families with children. You must be patient, friendly, and naturally welcoming to both kids and parents.

Background Check

• No arrests or convictions for violent crimes or felonies
• Background checks required

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift luggage, car seats, and strollers up to 60 pounds regularly.

Drug-Free Workplace

Commitment to a drug-free workplace (random testing required).

Location Requirement

Must live within 10 minutes of Walt Disney World OR between the Disney area and Orlando International Airport (MCO) to ensure reliable reporting times.
