Location: Birmingham, AL and surrounding areas (Downtown Birmingham, Hoover, Vestavia Hills, Homewood, Mountain Brook)

We are currently seeking professional cleaning contractors to join our growing team serving residential homes and commercial properties throughout the Birmingham area.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality residential and commercial cleaning services
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, offices, and common areas thoroughly
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces
• Follow provided job instructions and cleaning standards
• Maintain strong attention to detail and efficiency while completing tasks
• Communicate professionally regarding scheduling and job completion
• Respect client property and maintain a professional presence at all times

Requirements

• Previous cleaning experience strongly preferred (residential, commercial, or housekeeping)
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to job locations
• Must provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Professional appearance and strong attention to detail
• Must be dependable and responsive to scheduling communication
• Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
• Must be willing to complete a background check before being assigned to client appointments, as we prioritize the safety and trust of the homes and businesses we serve.

Contractor Information

This position is for independent contractors (1099).

Contractors are responsible for:

• Providing their own cleaning supplies and equipment
• Managing their own transportation to job locations
• Handling their own taxes associated with 1099 contractor income

Compensation
