Professional CPA & Order Processor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Certified Public Accountant (CPA) & Order Processor to manage both the financial integrity of our business and the accuracy of customer order processing. This unique role requires advanced accounting expertise alongside operational efficiency in order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will be a professional CPA with strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills who can balance both accounting compliance and order management responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in filing tax returns, manage audits, and provide tax planning strategies.
  • Monitor internal controls, risk management, and compliance.
  • Enter, verify, and process customer orders accurately in the system.
  • Coordinate with inventory, warehouse, and logistics teams for order fulfillment.
  • Monitor shipments and update customers on delivery timelines.
  • Handle billing and payment-related inquiries from clients.
  • Resolve discrepancies in pricing, orders, or invoices.
  • Maintain accurate records of all orders and related financial data.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience in accounting, auditing, and financial reporting.
  • Familiarity with order processing and ERP/CRM systems.
  • Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP) and MS Excel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with working international clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs160,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

  • CPA License (Preferred)
