This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Professional Development Coordinator (Russian Speaker). Responsibilities include planning and delivering professional development programs, coordinating training sessions, developing staff development plans, and assisting in curriculum development. The role requires effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders to ensure a high standard of professional growth and learning opportunities within the organization.

• Experience in designing and managing Professional Development Programs and Staff Development
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively in a multicultural environment
• Skills in Training facilitation and Curriculum Development
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Fluent proficiency in both Russian and English (spoken and written)
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field
• Experience in the education or professional training sector is preferred
