Minimum Qualifications

• Proven experience in childcare, including nannying and babysitting (must be able to provide at least 2 references who know you in a childcare related setting such as babysitting, nannying, daycares, schools, summer camps, pediatrics, etc.)
• Strong skills in infant and toddler care
• Certification in First Aid and CPR preferred
• Ability to prepare meals and maintain a clean environment
• Experience working with children with disabilities is a plus
• Background in daycare or preschool settings is advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
