Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals for the position of Crew Leader for Lawn Mowing. This role is essential in maintaining the aesthetic appeal and health of residential and commercial landscapes. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for outdoor work, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in various weather conditions, as well as leadership abilities and expertise. This is a physically demanding job we need someone who is in good physical shape, who can handle this kind of work.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular lawn mowing, ensuring an even cut and healthy grass growth.
• Execute landscape maintenance tasks including tree care, tree trimming, and mulch.
• Assist with snow plowing during winter months as needed to maintain accessibility.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain lawn care equipment effectively.
• Dig and prepare areas for planting or landscaping projects as required.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
• Drive a truck and trailer and be responsible for the crew and quality of work.

Experience

• Previous experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance is REQUIRED.
• Previous experience in a management or leadership role.
• Experience driving a truck and trailer.
• Familiarity with tree care techniques and equipment operation is a plus.
• Mechanical knowledge related to the maintenance of landscaping tools is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality results.
