Love dogs, fresh air, and staying active during the day?

This Lil Dog of Mine is hiring dependable, energetic team members to handle our weekly recurring midday dog walking clients.

This is a W-2 employee position with consistent weekday hours.

We are specifically hiring for team members who are available Monday through Friday between 10:00am–3:00pm.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Walking dogs of all sizes and breeds
• Providing safe, structured midday exercise visits
• Following detailed care instructions for each pet
• Refreshing water bowls and providing basic care during visits
• Sending thoughtful updates and photos through our app
• Traveling within 10–15 miles of 78758 and surrounding areas
• Representing TLDOM with professionalism and positivity

This role supports our recurring weekly clients, meaning you will build relationships with the same dogs each week.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Is consistently available Monday–Friday between 10am–3pm
• Is comfortable walking all sizes and breeds of dogs
• Can confidently manage strong pullers or high-energy dogs
• Is comfortable working outdoors in heat, cold, or rain
• Has hands-on pet care experience (references required)
• Can commit for at least 6 months
• Has a reliable, insured vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Lives in or near 78758
• Has a smartphone with GPS and camera
• Can pass a background check and complete paid training
