Coastal Care Nanny Agency is expanding our vetted nanny network for upcoming seasonal, travel, and long-term placements throughout South Florida.

We are a boutique, psychology-informed agency focused on intentional matching — creating long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships between families and professional caregivers.

How Our Process Works

Coastal Care represents qualified nannies and matches them with aligned families.
Once matched, the nanny is hired directly by the family — we are not the employer of record. Compensation, payroll, and benefits are handled directly between the nanny and the hiring family.

We Are Seeking Professional Nannies Who:

• Have 3+ years of professional childcare experience (nanny, preschool, household staff, etc.)
• Have experience with infants, toddlers, or multiple children
• Are reliable, proactive, and warm
• Hold current CPR/First Aid certification (or are willing to obtain)
• Have strong, verifiable references
• Have reliable transportation
• Are open to seasonal, travel, or long-term placements.

Placement Types May Include:

• Seasonal summer placements
• Travel nanny opportunities
• Full-time or part-time long-term roles
• Occasional high-end babysitting placements

Schedules, compensation, and benefits vary by family and will be discussed during the interview process.

Our Screening Process Includes:

• Resume review
• Initial phone screening
• Virtual interview
• Reference checks
• Background screening (when applicable)
