Professional Painter

• We are a residential painting company that has been in business for 34 years. We have year round work and seeking qualified professional painter with a minimum of 1 year of experience. Full-time employment opportunity available. Also, we are willing to train the right individual who's looking to learn a trade.

Professional Painter - Job Responsibilities:

• Be experienced in all phases of painting (interior, exterior, residential, commercial)
• Have the ability to move and use ladders and power equipment (i.e. electrical sanders, 20-36′ ladders).
• Perform all painting functions; i.e. paint windows, doors, soffits, fascia, shutters, etc. in a competent, timely manner with zero-minimum supervision.
• Responsible for the safety and performance of every member on the team in the absence of a crew leader.
• Monitor attendance, appearance, language and proper use of equipment in the absence of a crew leader.
• Have a strong knowledge of various products..
• Be willing to work a few Saturdays a year.

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS:

• MUST have a good attitude and be willing to work in a team environment with others
• MUST be able to take direction from leaders and management
• MUST be able to communicate effectively with customers and supervisors
• MUST have his or her own tools
• WE ARE NOT hiring sub-contractors
