<Duties>

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitizing
• Handle specialized cleaning tasks such as window washing, carpet cleaning, and floor polishing as needed
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness by following established procedures and safety guidelines
• Use commercial cleaning equipment and eco-friendly cleaning products efficiently and responsibly
• Collaborate with team members to complete daily cleaning schedules promptly and effectively
• Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to management
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked, organized, and properly stored for optimal efficiency

<Qualifications>

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and safety protocols
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering exceptional results
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift heavy objects, and stand for extended periods
• Reliable transportation to reach various job sites as scheduled
• Positive attitude with excellent communication skills
• Must be able to work 1-2 evenings per week
• Must pass crimincal baclground check
