The Professional Services Vendor Manager manages vendor relationships to ensure quality, performance, and value delivery in alignment with organizational objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage vendor contracts, performance, and compliance.
  • Facilitate vendor selection, onboarding, and relationship management.
  • Monitor SLAs and KPIs to ensure vendor accountability.
  • Collaborate with contract and finance teams to support strategic sourcing.
  • Provide vendor performance reporting to leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience in vendor management and contract oversight.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with service-level agreement management.
  • Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
  • Ability to manage multiple vendor relationships simultaneously.
