Job Title: Program Advisor – Sales

Location: Bangalore

Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Program Advisor – Sales to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students and professionals through our programs, understanding their requirements, and driving enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective students/clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to understand their educational or career needs.
  • Provide detailed information about our programs, offerings, and benefits.
  • Convert leads into enrollments by delivering effective sales presentations and follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and conversions in the CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams for process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory).
  • Experience: Freshers or candidates with prior sales/counseling experience in EdTech or similar industries are preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written).
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple leads and work under pressure.
  • Must own a personal laptop for work purposes.
  • Proficient in MS Office & CRM tools (preferred).
