Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Program Analyst to join our team! In this role you will get to support CYBERCOM's Information Technology (IT) Directorate with internal task management.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Collaborate throughout the organization to ensure knowledge of and the timely and appropriate responses to internal tasks and requests for information
• Ensure compliance to all policies and procedures and manage communication with all leads
• Plan, monitor, and coordinate response schedules and actions to achieve positive end results
• Utilize an internal Task Management System to manage actions.
• Review and determine all appropriate requirements required for task completion
• Monitor and ensure compliance to all Quality Assurance procedures and evaluate all task comments and responses.
• Administer all phases of task responses, including final coordination with Leadership for concurrence.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Active TS/SCI w/ poly
• Bachelor's degree in related field; additional experience will be considered in lieu of degree
• 2+ years of related experience in large organizations and/or projects
2+ years DoD/Military Staff experience

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Information Technology (IT) experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
• Knowledge Management skills and abilities
• Solid communications skills with senior leaders

Security Clearance Requirement:

An active Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph security clearance is required for this position.

Salary Range: $72,900.00 - $127,600.00
