Description: Agile5 Technologies is seeking a skilled Program Analyst and Admin Support professional to provide comprehensive programmatic and administrative support for our team. This role requires an experienced individual who can effectively review policies, develop and track metrics, and manage a wide range of administrative tasks including correspondence, presentations, travel arrangements, and scheduling. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in administrative support and a proven ability to work with Microsoft and Adobe products.

Program Analyst and Admin Support Job Duties:

  • Provide programmatic and administrative support.

  • Review policies and directives and present assessments.
  • Develop and track metrics.
  • Perform word processing, filing, and tracking of man-hours/time.
  • Prepare correspondence reports, forms, and presentations in accordance with the appropriate style guides.
  • Arrange travel and schedule meetings and teleconferencing services.

  • Utilize Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat for various tasks.

Security Clearance Requirements: Active DoD Top Secret (TS) required. Candidates must already possess this clearance level upon applying.

Experience Requirements: Requires five (5) years of prior experience providing programmatic and administrative support, including reviewing policies and directives, developing metrics, tracking man-hours, and preparing various forms of correspondence and presentations.

Education Requirements: Associate’s degree or higher in business or IT related field.

Desired Skills / Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat is essential. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, with experience in metrics development and tracking and policy review.

Location: On-site in Philadelphia, PA

Status: Full time

Schedule: Day shift, Monday–Friday

Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long durations of time. Also, must be able to continuously operate a computer and other office productivity machinery.
