Job Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement program plans aligned with our mission.

· Coordinate logistics for classes, workshops, and training sessions.

· Collaborate with instructors and partners for effective curriculum delivery.

· Monitor progress and evaluate program effectiveness.

· Devise marketing strategies to attract students and engage the community.

· Maintain accurate records to ensure compliance with standards.

· Facilitate student recruitment and enrollment.

· Establish partnerships to support our mission.

· Participate in program enhancement activities.

· Coordinate hands-on training experiences for students.

Job Specification:

· Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Education, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.

· Minimum of 2 years of program coordination experience, preferably in healthcare or education.

· Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations.

· Strong organizational and communication skills.

· Leadership abilities with a commitment to student success.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software.

· Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.
