The Opportunity:

CACI is looking for a fast learning and highly organized Program Day One Coordinator. This role would support our dynamic Program Management Office in support of the EITaaS contract for the United States Air Force.

This role is hybrid in Chantilly, VA or remote with the flexibility to attend in person meetings in Chantilly, VA as required.


Job duties include:

Onboarding:

  • Serve as the on-site Day One Coordinator for new hires joining the program.
  • Creating onboarding best practices and processes for CACI, Subcontractor, and CTA new hires.
  • Ability to pivot to ever changing program needs with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to provide a quick turn around with onboarding last minute new hires (with less than 1 week notice).
  • Utilizing strong organization skills to coordinate detailed instructions between all stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding process and defined agenda for new hires.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding tasks to include handling I-9 verification, new hire paperwork, corporate and program orientation, day one agenda, Air Force accounts, GFE status/loaner laptop.
  • Utilizing your familiarity with SharePoint to track all candidate onboarding details and metrics.
  • Stay abreast of new onboarding policies being implemented at the corporate level and how those changes may impact the program onboarding experience.
  • Support and/or provide backup to the Orientation Facilitator, as needed
  • Work with subcontractors and CTA to submit paperwork for CACI external accounts.

Administrative Assistant:

  • Interfaces with personnel to coordinate meetings, maintain logs, and files, provides end-user support, and performs general administrative duties.
  • Manage program email distribution list
  • Act as a delegate for employees for expense reports and other administrative needs.
  • Works closely with the program Engagement Manager to ensure exit interviews are scheduled.
  • Work with our Engagement Manager to produce a monthly Program Newsletter. Gather information and format into the appropriate OneScope format.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications

  • High school diploma and 6+ years of related experience
  • Ability to obtain a Secret level clearance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly responsible, team-oriented individual with very strong communication skills and work ethic; self-starter
  • Experience and comfortability leading meetings and calls.
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Workday

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Experience with OneScope
  • Experience as a Day One Coordinator

Pay Range:

This posting is for a position covered by the Service Contract Labor Standards (SCA). The pay and benefits provided for this position will meet or exceed the minimum required amounts detailed in the wage determination issued by the Department of Labor and made applicable to this position, as incorporated into CACI’s government contract for the work location.

Minimum Required Hourly Wage:

$25.15
