ZMK & Co. is seeking applications from qualified and motivated professionals for the Position of Program Implementation Officer under a donor-funded education sector reform program in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. These positions are purely on a contract basis with fixed salary packages. Only candidates who have domicile certificates from the project districts are eligible to apply. Purpose of the Position:
The Program Implementation Officer will be responsible for facilitating and coordinating the implementation of education interventions, including Accelerated Learning Programme (ALP), Early Childhood Education (ECE), and Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) at the district level. The role will focus on community mobilization, site identification, recruitment and support of facilitators, capacity building, data management, and monitoring of program activities in collaboration with local stakeholders. The District Coordinator will ensure quality service delivery, supply management, and regular reporting to contribute to the successful achievement of donor-supported program objectives.
Brief Job Description:
Conduct community meetings, briefings, and FGDs to foster ownership, accountability, and support for program interventions.
Establish volunteer structures and mobilize communities to strengthen learner retention and reduce dropouts.
Identify suitable sites for ALP Centres, ECE classrooms, and FLN-supported classes, and support enrollment of out-of-school children.
Facilitate transparent recruitment of facilitators and provide ongoing mentoring and academic support.
Organize and deliver training, capacity building, and professional development sessions for facilitators and teachers.
Monitor teaching and learning activities, conduct learner assessments, and ensure effective use of resources.
Collect, document, and report program data, ensuring timely updates and record-keeping at the district level.
Prepare supply plans, manage distribution of learning materials, and maintain accurate records of assets and supplies.
Develop and submit monthly work plans and progress reports aligned with program targets.
Document success stories, best practices, and lessons learned for reporting and advocacy.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Project Manager or donor-supported program.

Qualification:
An advanced university degree (Master’s or higher) in Education, Social Sciences, Development Studies or any other related field.
