Program Manager

As a Program Manager at Adree, you will oversee a portfolio of projects to ensure alignment with the organization's strategic goals. You will play a pivotal role in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resources, and implementing best practices to deliver successful program outcomes.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing multiple related projects within a program to ensure strategic alignment and customer satisfaction
  • Developing and maintaining program plans, including scope, goals, timelines, and resource requirements
  • Facilitating collaboration across project teams to ensure that interdependencies and project integration are effectively managed
  • Establishing program governance structures and processes to monitor progress, manage risks, and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Communicating program status, challenges, and achievements to stakeholders, executives, and team members
  • Identifying and managing program risks, developing mitigation strategies to address potential issues
  • Providing leadership and guidance to project managers to ensure project alignment with program objectives
  • Tracking program performance metrics to assess progress and inform decision-making
  • Fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the program team
  • Supporting resource allocation and budget management across projects within the program
  • Ensuring that all projects adhere to established quality standards and organizational policies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in program or project management, with a proven track record of managing complex programs
  • Strong understanding of program management methodologies and frameworks
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement
  • Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate program challenges and drive improvements
  • Experience managing budgets and resources across various projects
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is highly desirable
