As a Program Manager at Adree, you will oversee a portfolio of projects to ensure alignment with the organization's strategic goals. You will play a pivotal role in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resources, and implementing best practices to deliver successful program outcomes.
Your primary responsibilities will include:

Leading and managing multiple related projects within a program to ensure strategic alignment and customer satisfaction

Establishing program governance structures and processes to monitor progress, manage risks, and identify opportunities for improvement

Communicating program status, challenges, and achievements to stakeholders, executives, and team members

Identifying and managing program risks, developing mitigation strategies to address potential issues

Providing leadership and guidance to project managers to ensure project alignment with program objectives

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred

7+ years of experience in program or project management, with a proven track record of managing complex programs
