Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Project / Program Manager with a strong background in the capital banking domain, including equity markets, asset management, and wealth management. The candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering strategic projects that enhance business processes, technology integration, and client service excellence within these domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead end-to-end project management for initiatives in capital banking focused on equity, asset management, and wealth management.
  2. Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including portfolio managers, compliance, risk, technology, operations, and client relationship teams.
  4. Manage stakeholder expectations through regular communication, reporting, and risk mitigation.
  5. Drive process improvements and implement technology solutions to optimize wealth and asset management operations.
  6. Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and manage changes to ensure successful delivery.
  7. Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal governance standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  8. Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
  9. Conduct project reviews and document lessons learned for continuous improvement.
  10. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management and key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field. PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification is preferred.
  2. Arabic speaking skills are a value-added asset.
  3. 8 to 15 years of project management experience within the capital banking domain.
  4. Deep understanding of equity markets, asset management, and wealth management operations and products.
  5. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  6. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements in banking and asset management.
  7. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  8. Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or similar.
  9. Ability to manage competing priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
