Drive structured delivery and measurable outcomes for cross-functional, mission-critical programs across Operations, Product, Tech, Marketing, and Data.
Translate strategic priorities into a prioritized program portfolio and multi-quarter roadmap aligned with business goals.
Establish program governance frameworks — including charters, steering committees, milestone gates, and decision protocols.
Define success criteria, ownership, and KPIs, ensuring consistent benefit realization and business impact.
Manage dependencies, risks, and escalations through robust change-control and issue management processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to support budgeting, resource allocation, and capacity planning.
Create and maintain program documentation — charters, playbooks, milestone trackers, and executive dashboards.
Lead weekly/monthly performance reporting to senior leadership, highlighting key decisions, risks, and dependencies.
Partner with Product & Tech to refine handoffs, deployment processes, and post-launch performance measurement.
Foster a culture of accountability, execution discipline, and transparent communication across program teams.
Mentor and coordinate external contractors or program resources when engaged for critical initiatives.
Conduct post-implementation reviews, capturing learnings and integrating them into future frameworks.
Continuously identify and implement process improvements, automation, and tooling enhancements to improve speed and quality of delivery.
