Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to support the Chief Analytics Officer (CAO) in driving the bank's analytics vision and strategic priorities. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of business strategy and analytics innovation, combining program management, executive support, and strategic execution responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual with 3-6 years of experience, possessing strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Management: Serve as a liaison between the CAO and key stakeholders across the bank, effectively communicating updates, fostering collaboration, and ensuring alignment on analytics initiatives.
• Program Management: Lead and manage key analytics initiatives, from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budgets, and alignment with overall strategic goals. This includes project planning, execution, risk management, and reporting.
• Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the CAO, including managing their calendar, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing presentations and reports, and handling confidential information.
• Data-Driven Insights: Assist in the development of compelling presentations, reports, and data-driven insights for senior leadership, contributing to strategic decision-making and communication of analytics initiatives.
• Special Projects: Oversee and manage special projects and cross-functional programs as directed by the CAO, ensuring successful outcomes and impactful results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, Computer Science, Statistics).
• 3-9 years of experience in program management, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and deliver results on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience providing executive-level support is highly desirable.
• A passion for data and analytics is essential.
