Program Manager

Job Summary

You will be responsible for overseeing complex projects from inception to completion ensuring they align with strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for technical initiatives (software, infrastructure, cloud, etc.).
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, DevOps, and business analysts.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.

Certifications Required

PMP Certification Scrum Master Certification

Work Model: Remote within the U.S.

Candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Salary Range: $142,000 – $167,000 annually

Compensation & Benefits: This position is eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to applicable plans.
