Job Description:

Reporting to the Director of Operational Excellence, the Program Manager oversees the strategic and operational management of several complex projects and/or of a key project/program for the company. They ensure the coherence, performance, and profitability of the program throughout its lifecycle, in alignment with the company’s objectives.

Responsibilities :

Define the program’s vision, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with the company’s strategy.
Lead all projects within the program, ensuring their coherence, strategic alignment, and effective execution according to the Product Life Cycle Management (PLCM) model.
Coordinate project managers and functional leaders involved in the program, supporting them in managing risks, resources, and decision‑making.
Ensure cross‑functional coordination among internal stakeholders (R&D, Marketing, Procurement, Industrialization, Production, Service) as well as external partners.
Guarantee adherence to commitments related to cost, quality, schedule, and overall program performance.
Manage the program’s overall budget and optimize resource allocation in collaboration with Engineering managers and technical project managers.
Establish and track program performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reporting to Executive Management.
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and technological innovations to guide strategic program decisions in collaboration with the Product Owner.
Contribute to continuous improvement of program management processes and help strengthen the company’s project culture.

Requirements:

Engineering degree or Ph.D.
Proven experience (10+ years) in managing complex projects or programs within scientific instrumentation or industrial machinery environments.
Demonstrated experience in cross‑functional leadership and strategic program oversight.
Proven leadership and the ability to unite and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
Strong strategic vision, with solid analytical and synthesis abilities.
High levend the ability to make decisions in complex environments.
Proficiency with program management tools and related methodologies
Travel : Worldwide - 10%
