Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the end-to-end delivery of a multi-entity ERP Cloud program covering Finance, HR, Procurement, and other business domains. Manage and coordinate multiple ERP Cloud projects and project managers, ensuring alignment with program-level goals and timelines. Establish and maintain program governance, reporting structures, risk frameworks, and executive dashboards. Ensure cohesive execution of key workstreams: integration with vertical systems, data migration & cleansing, change management, and user adoption. Oversee vendor and SI performance, managing contracts, KPIs, issue escalations, and delivery quality.

Guide process re-engineering initiatives and ensure alignment with strategic outcomes and enterprise architecture. Lead the setup and operations of an ERP Center of Excellence (CoE) for ongoing innovation, training, and best practice sharing. Engage executive stakeholders, steering committees, and cross-functional leadership to ensure support, alignment, and buy-in. Monitor program financials, track ROI, and manage resource allocation across workstreams. Ensure compliance with public sector regulations, cybersecurity standards, and data governance policies.


Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred). Minimum 10–15 years of experience in large-scale IT project/program management. At least 5 years leading ERP Cloud programs (e.g., Oracle Cloud, SAP S/4HANA) across multiple entities or business units. PMP / PgMP / MSP / Agile certifications are a strong advantage. Proven experience managing complex data workstreams including governance, migration, and cleansing. Demonstrated success in business process re-engineering and enterprise architecture alignment. Experience with public sector programs, shared services, or large digital transformations is preferred. Strong vendor/SI management experience including commercial negotiations and SLA enforcement.
