Program Manager Data - AI/LLM, Data Operations

Job Description

We are seeking a structured and impact-oriented Program Manager with 2–6 years of experience to lead and execute cross-functional programs aimed at building and maintaining our core data assets. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong problem-solving mindset and hands-on experience managing AI-driven initiatives, particularly involving the application of Large Language Models (LLMs) to real-world challenges

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for data acquisition and enrichment using LLM-based approaches.
• Take full ownership of programs involving structured data enhancement.
• Break down complex challenges into clear, actionable workstreams.
• Design processes to test and validate different data-building approaches.
• Monitor data quality continuously and implement improvement measures.
Communicate progress, insights, and outcomes effectively to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience in program management or a related role.
• Prior experience working on projects involving Large Language Models (LLMs) or AI-based systems to solve real world problems.
• Strong analytical and reasoning skills with a structured problem-solving approach.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Open to feedback and focused on continuous learning and improvement.
• A background in engineering (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering) is a plus.
