Program Manager - Data Analyst

Role Overview

The Program Manager will be responsible for managing all backend and coordination processes related to onboarding new partners on the Wealthy platform. The role demands strong operational discipline, data management expertise, and proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, and Power BI to track, analyze, and optimize onboarding efficiency.

This position requires close collaboration with the sales, and tech teams to ensure smooth partner activation and process accuracy.

Key Responsibilities1. Process Management & Optimization

• Identify bottlenecks in the onboarding workflow and suggest process improvements.
• Maintain process documentation, checklists, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure adherence to defined SLAs and accuracy benchmarks.

2. Data Analytics & Reporting

• Use Excel, SQL, and Power BI to generate daily/weekly/monthly reports on partner onboarding performance and process metrics.
• Build dashboards & data visualizations to monitor KPIs (TAT, success rate, errors, etc.).
• Perform root-cause analysis of onboarding delays or discrepancies.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with sales and relationship management teams to ensure smooth onboarding handover.
• Work closely with product and tech teams to improve system efficiency and data accuracy.
• Support audits, compliance checks, and internal reviews as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in operations, onboarding, or business process management (experience in financial services preferred).
• Experience in MS Excel, SQL, Power BI (or similar BI tools) for data visualization and reporting.
• Detail-oriented, analytical mindset with strong process discipline.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹212,105.33 - ₹548,891.46 per year
