As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

As a Program Manager for Cloud Supply Chain Operations (CSCO), you will drive reliable and efficient delivery of Google's technical infrastructure by managing programs, defining requirements, overseeing project schedules and ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $105,000-$151,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate and deliver program communications with stakeholders, including metrics updates, meeting notes, escalation logs, newsletters and websites.
  • Collect data relating to program progress from program stakeholders.
  • Develop program charters to define scope, timelines, OKRs and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop stakeholder maps identifying impact, influence and roles in program outcomes.
  • Triage technical bugs and feature requests with engineering stakeholders for prioritization, resourcing and execution tracking.
