Overview:
WiSC Enterprises is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager with a strong background in acquisition planning, risk management, and leadership of multidisciplinary teams. This role requires strategic coordination across funding, engineering, and operations, and supports large-scale program execution while ensuring fiscal oversight and risk mitigation across diverse project portfolios.
Responsibilities:
- Lead budget forecasting, annual spend planning, and expenditure tracking for programs exceeding $40M annually.

Coordinate with internal program offices and segments to gather requirements and manage future year planning (1–5 years).

Serve as task order manager for large cross-functional teams, ensuring performance and communication across supported offices.

Act as primary point of contact for risk management—track program risks, issues, and opportunities and facilitate the development of mitigation strategies.

Support acquisition lifecycle activities including planning, prioritization, and documentation of requirements.

Lead and facilitate technical planning sessions, working group meetings, and sprint or increment planning events in Agile environments.

Evaluate competing vendor proposals, align capabilities to resource constraints, and support tool development and implementation.

Coordinate defect and service ticket tracking, user feedback sessions, and tool adoption efforts.

Produce and deliver regular reports, activity summaries, and program inputs to support performance reviews and strategic planning.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business, Engineering, or related field.

6-10 years of progressive leadership experience in program management, acquisition, and/or systems engineering.

Demonstrated experience managing large-scale budgets and cross-functional technical teams.

Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills, with experience in briefing stakeholders and coordinating diverse teams.

Proven ability to manage risk, identify issues, and lead mitigation planning efforts.

TS/SCI with POLY is required to start
Desired Qualifications:
- Certified SAFe Agilist (or similar Agile certification).

Prior experience leading sprint planning and program increment events.

Military background or prior leadership in mission-critical operations.

Proficiency with collaborative tools such as SharePoint, data trackers, and Agile project management platforms.
