Overview
We are seeking a highly driven
Program Manager – Sales
to design, execute, and oversee strategic sales programs that drive revenue growth, process efficiency, and team performance. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with sales leadership, marketing, operations, finance, and product teams to ensure the seamless execution of sales initiatives. This role requires strong program management, analytical, and stakeholder management skills to support scaling business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Planning

Partner with sales leadership to define annual and quarterly sales objectives.

Translate business goals into
scalable programs
that drive pipeline growth and sales performance.

Identify and implement best practices to optimize sales processes.
Program Management & Execution
-
Own end-to-end execution of
strategic sales programs and initiatives
across regions/segments.

Define program scope, objectives, success metrics, timelines, and deliverables.

Drive adoption of sales enablement tools, CRM enhancements, and process improvements.
Performance Management & Analytics
-
Track sales performance against KPIs (revenue, pipeline health, conversion, customer acquisition costs).

Generate
dashboards and insights
to guide sales leadership on performance trends and areas for improvement.

Support forecasting, pipeline reviews, and executive reporting.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Marketing to align demand-generation campaigns with sales initiatives.

Partner with Operations and Finance to ensure accurate
quotas, incentives, and compensation plans
.

Collaborate with Product teams to integrate customer feedback into product development.
Change Management & Enablement

Drive adoption of new processes, tools, and systems within the sales team.

Design and run training programs, playbooks, and enablement resources.

Act as a bridge between frontline sales and leadership, ensuring alignment and smooth execution.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

3+ years of experience in
sales operations, program management, or sales strategy
.

Strong understanding of
sales processes, and data analytics
.

Proven ability to manage cross-functional programs with measurable business outcomes.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in
Excel, Google Sheets,SQL, or similar tools
