About The Role:

We are looking for a proactive, highly organized Program & Operations Coordinator to join our team in Karachi. This is a pivotal role where you will act as the "engine room" of our institution, ensuring that our educational programs, consultancy projects, and daily operations run like clockwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Management: Lead the logistics for our academic offerings, including the two-year Shariah Specialization, PGD in Islamic Finance, and various short courses.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily office activities, monitor internal workflows, and resolve operational bottlenecks to ensure peak efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for scholars, corporate clients, and program participants. You will coordinate high-level meetings and support Shariah consultancy engagements.
  • Professional Documentation: Draft official correspondence, manage digital/physical archives, and ensure all advisory activities are meticulously documented.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Education: Minimum 14 years of HEC-recognized education.
  • Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in administration, operations, or program coordination.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English and Urdu).
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Soft Skills: A problem-solving mindset, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
