Role Overview The Program Operations & Outreach Intern will support the robotics education team with documentation, outreach, operations planning, and event coordination. This is not a technical role—ideal for candidates with management, communication, or operations backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain documentation of team progress, reports, and competition submissions

• Handle outreach communication and maintain relationships with partner organizations

• Support fundraising efforts and sponsorship coordination

• Assist in business and operations planning for robotics programs

• Manage team schedules and support event/competition logistics

Candidate Requirements-

• Strong communication skills (English & Hindi)

• Good organizational and documentation ability

• Ability to collaborate with students and mentors

• Basic knowledge of digital tools (Google Workspace, Excel, Canva, etc.)

Preferred Educational Background

• BBA / BMS / BBM

• MBA (Marketing / HR / Operations)

• Mass Media / Journalism / PR

• Event Management

• Commerce graduates

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 6 per week
