Programme Director (Oil & Gas)

We are seeking an accomplished Programme Director to lead and manage large, complex programmes across major industrial and infrastructure developments in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• BSc in Engineering (mandatory)
• Higher academic qualifications (Master’s degree or equivalent) are desirable
• Professional membership is mandatory (PMI, RICS, ICE, or equivalent)

Experience & Key Requirements

• Minimum 20 years of progressive experience in programme and project leadership
• At least 5 years of experience working in Saudi Arabia (KSA)
• Proven experience with international Project Management Consultancies (PMC) or international EPC contractors
• Strong working knowledge of EPC / LSTK contract structures
• Demonstrated experience delivering major industrial facilities
• Oil & Gas project experience is strongly preferred
• Proven capability in:
• Programme governance and controls
• Schedule, cost, and risk integration
• Interface and stakeholder management
• Contractor performance management
• Change control and commercial oversight
• Experience managing large, multidisciplinary teams across multiple projects
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and client-facing skills

Location & Mobility

• Flexible base location within Saudi Arabia
• Preferably based in Riyadh or Khobar
• Domestic travel within KSA will be required based on programme needs

This role is suited to a senior leader with deep technical expertise, strong commercial and contractual understanding, and a proven track record of delivering complex industrial and Oil & Gas programmes in the region.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼70,000.00 - ﷼75,000.00 per month
