Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure full compliance with HEC and PBC rules, policies, and accreditation requirements.
- Lead academic planning, implementation, and quality enhancement of law programs (LLB).
- Teach at least three (03) law subjects per semester as per HEC workload policy.
- Oversee faculty recruitment, mentoring, performance evaluation, and development.
- Supervise examinations, assessments, moot courts, legal clinics, and research activities.
- Manage departmental administration, student affairs, and academic discipline.
- Liaise with HEC, PBC, affiliating universities, and legal institutions as required.
Qualification & Experience (HEC & PBC Compliant)
Education:
- LLB (10 Years) from an HEC-recognized university and Foreign University
- LLM (5Years) or higher qualification (PhD preferred) from an HEC-recognized institution.
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in legal practice and/or teaching, out of which:
- At least 05 years teaching experience in an HEC-recognized law institution.
- Demonstrated experience in academic leadership, curriculum management, and regulatory compliance and also lead the whole programme
