Programme Lead Laws

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure full compliance with HEC and PBC rules, policies, and accreditation requirements.
• Lead academic planning, implementation, and quality enhancement of law programs (LLB).
• Teach at least three (03) law subjects per semester as per HEC workload policy.
• Oversee faculty recruitment, mentoring, performance evaluation, and development.
• Supervise examinations, assessments, moot courts, legal clinics, and research activities.
• Manage departmental administration, student affairs, and academic discipline.
• Liaise with HEC, PBC, affiliating universities, and legal institutions as required.

Qualification & Experience (HEC & PBC Compliant)

Education:

• LLB (10 Years) from an HEC-recognized university and Foreign University
• LLM (5Years) or higher qualification (PhD preferred) from an HEC-recognized institution.

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in legal practice and/or teaching, out of which:
• At least 05 years teaching experience in an HEC-recognized law institution.
• Demonstrated experience in academic leadership, curriculum management, and regulatory compliance and also lead the whole programme

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs250,000.00 - Rs400,000.00 per month
