Programme Manager

We are looking for an experienced and organized Programme Manager to oversee and coordinate multiple projects and programmes within our institute. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of programmes aligned with the institute’s goals and strategic objectives.

The Programme Manager will work closely with project teams, stakeholders, faculty, departments, and senior management to ensure programmes are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee multiple related projects and programmes simultaneously
• Develop programme plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate with project managers, departments, and institute teams
• Monitor programme performance and prepare progress reports
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure programmes align with the institute’s objectives
• Communicate with stakeholders, partners, and senior leadership
• Allocate resources effectively across programmes
• Track deadlines, deliverables, and programme outcomes
• Improve operational efficiency and programme processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Education, IT, or related field
• Proven experience in programme or project management
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
• Experience with project management tools and reporting systems
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or PRINCE2 methodologies is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification
• Experience managing cross-functional teams
• Strategic planning and budgeting experience
