Project Accountant

We are looking for a Project Accountant with proven experience in Joinery and project-based accounting to manage financial control of ongoing and completed projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain project-wise accounts, budgets, and cost tracking

Monitor project costs vs budgets and report variances

Prepare progress billing, WIP, and revenue recognition

Handle retention, variations, and defect liability provisions

Coordinate with project managers on cost control and forecasting

Ensure compliance with VAT and internal controls

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance

3–5 years’ experience in Joinery/project accounting

Strong knowledge of project costing and billing cycles

Proficiency in accounting software and Excel

Experience in UAE Joinery industry preferred

Salary: As per experience
