About the Role

We are looking for a Project Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of ongoing construction and technical projects. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to facilitate project documentation, reporting, scheduling, and communication between departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and coordination support for project activities and deliverables.
  • Maintain and organize project files, documentation, drawings, and correspondence.
  • Assist in preparing project reports, schedules, and progress updates.
  • Support procurement processes including requests for quotations (RFQs), purchase orders, and material tracking.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments regarding project requirements.
  • Monitor and track project progress, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Assist in site visit scheduling, logistics coordination, and project-related meetings.
  • Prepare minutes of meetings and follow up on action items.
  • Support financial and administrative requirements such as petty cash, expense reports, and invoices.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and project standards.
