We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support the sales team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, channels, and internal teams. The role is essential for supporting project progress, documentation, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and follow up on ongoing projects and deliverables.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks and sales-related activities.
  • Ensure clear communication between sales team, clients, channels, and internal departments.
  • Handle project submissions, documentation, and approvals.
  • Support channel enablement processes and ensure requirements are met.
  • Manage invoicing cycles and ensure accurate and timely submissions.
  • Track project progress and assist in project closures.
  • Act as the main point of coordination for project-related tasks.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Project Coordination, Administration, or Sales Support.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work with different stakeholders and manage timelines.
  • Attention to detail and good documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
