Project Administrator

Roles and Responsibilities:

➢ Raising quotations accurately and in a timely manner.
➢ Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information for the estimation
process, including product specifications, pricing, and lead times.
➢ Manage and maintain client databases.
➢ Communicate with customers via email and phone to provide product information, answer
queries and resolve issues.
➢ Generating reports.
➢ Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and communicate internally
important feedback.
➢ Supporting the sales team with general operations to help reach the team's objectives.
➢ Maintain an up-to-date understanding of our product line.
Skills Required:
➢ Minimum 2 to 4 Years experience in Estimations.
➢ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
➢ Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
➢ Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data entry
➢ Being proactive and flexible.
➢ Good interpersonal skills and professional manner.
➢ Ability to work well alone and as part of a team.
➢ A can-do attitude.
➢ Organised, focused and meticulous approach to work with strong attention to detail.
➢ Experience using Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamics is advantageous. Strong
communication skills in English.

AM, with a one-hour break.
